Enquiring about a stay
Tell us your chosen villa, dates and number of guests. We will confirm availability, the total price, currency, payment arrangements and the conditions applicable to your stay.
Preparing or sending an enquiry does not make a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation and meet the agreed payment requirements.
The details of your stay
Check-in and check-out times, sleeping arrangements, pet conditions and any additional services are confirmed with you before booking. Please tell us about any particular requirements when you enquire.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us in writing if you need to change or cancel a reservation. Refer to the cancellation conditions supplied with your booking.
